The present Privacy Policy sets forth the terms upon which STAYAZ collects, uses and handles personal information provided on or in connection with www.stayaz.ca (the “ Website”). The Website is operated and managed by STAYAZ, a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of the province of Ontario (Canada). For legal purposes, STAYAZ operates as the data controller with respect to the Website. PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE.
Legal Framework
The present Privacy Policy has been prepared based upon privacy and data protection laws applicable in Canada. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal and non-personal information submitted and collected on STAYZ’s Website, unless otherwise indicated.

STAYAZ will only collect personal information that is willingly and voluntarily provided on the Website. STAYAZ may collect non-personal information based on your interactions with the Website.
When completing the Contact Us form on the Website, you will be asked to provide the following personal information: Your first and last name, phone number, email and company name. When completing the Contact our Sales Team form on the Website, you will be asked to provide the same personal information, your job title, the industry and country in which your company operates as well as the service of interest to be selected from a drop-down menu. STAYAZ will collect all personal information you provide by completing any form on the Website
STAYAZ may collect indirect identifiers, such as your IP address, when you access and use the Website. Indirect identifiers are anonymous, and do not allow for your individual identification. STAYAZ may collect indirect identifiers to secure data regarding your location
Usage of Information Collected
STAYAZ understands the importance of protecting personal information submitted or transmitted on the Website
STAYAZ will use personal information solely to fulfill the purposes listed in the present Privacy Policy. All STAYAZ’s usage of personal information collected from the Website will be limited to the extent required by STAYAZ’s legitimate business interest and in accordance with applicable laws.

STAYAZ will not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent. Personal information is stored in the CRM database servers, that STAYAZ subscribed to for its customer relationship management (in whichever country they may be located), or hosted by third parties who have entered into agreements with STAYAZ that require them to observe this Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be stored until you request the deletion thereof in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
STAYAZ may retain your personal information to comply with legal obligations. In addition, STAYAZ may store your personal information for payment purposes until all funds owed have been paid or to resolve disputes.
Payment Services
Any purchases of social media packages offered by STAYAZ will be made using the payment gateway linked on the Website, namely Stripe (the “Payment Service”). The other services offered by STAYAZ may be paid by bank transfer or through the Payment Service. Any information you provide to a Payment Service will be subject to the applicable Payment Service’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. STAYAZ has no control over, and is not responsible for the Payment Service’s use of information collected therefrom. STAYAZ does not receive, collect, process, or store any payment data.
